Your $99 first cleaning includes our General Cleaning Service for your home. Our team focuses on the essential areas that help keep your home clean and maintained. Specialty services and add-ons can be added separately.
Is there a catch to the $99 special?
No hidden catch. The $99 offer is designed for new clients who sign up for weekly or bi-weekly recurring cleaning with a 12-month service agreement. We clearly explain the pricing and terms before you sign up.
What happens after my first $99 cleaning?
After your first cleaning, your home moves onto the weekly or bi-weekly schedule you selected. Your regular cleaning price is based on your home and service needs, and you'll know that price before getting started.
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No! Many of our clients are at work, running errands, or enjoying their day while we clean. As long as our team has approved access to your home, you don't need to be there.

Hey, I'm Cris Reconco
I built Cris’s Cleaning Services, from the ground up in 2012 during one of the most difficult times in my life. As a single mom of two, I needed a way to provide for my children—and giving up wasn’t an option.
English is my second language, but I never allowed that—or starting with very little—to determine how far I could go. Through hard work, education, and determination, I turned a desperate need to provide for my family into the company Cris Cleaning Services is today.
